If you go under Administration > Notifications, you will see a ¬†list of system activities that you can enable to receive email or SMS notifications. For example, as seen on the screenshot below, I have “Inventory Deleted” enabled to send email and SMS to the info I have set. This means that anytime a user deletes an inventory, I will receive an email and SMS alert that contains the full details about the item that was deleted. This includes the name of the person who deleted the inventory and other info.

This feature is a useful tool to keep track of activities done by your employees especially anything that are unauthorized.
